Treated as the biggest bet of the tape for 2022, the ‘Faustão in the band‘ would experience a crisis behind the scenes of the channel. The outrage came from the show’s dancers themselves, who denounced their strenuous routine alongside the constant fear of being fired.
According to UOL columnist Lucas Pasin, a spate of layoffs that has taken place since March has left professionals greatly disheartened and concerned about the group’s future at the attraction. In addition, due to the high volume of recordings, they have to rehearse at alternative times and complain about exhaustion.

Other dancers who got separated from “Faustão na Band” explained on social media that the work routine was very heavy and according to UOL, In addition to spending more than 12 hours in the band’s studios, they still had homework to memorize the choreography. The dancers even rehearsed via video at dawn after recording all day.
Another reason for dissatisfaction is the work at the Balé do Faustão has taken up all the time of professionals who miss opportunities to make money from other jobs. At Globo, for example, they were allowed to act as models at events, and today they don’t have the time for that.
A UOL source also reported that dancers live in fear of losing their jobs and in return accept situations that displease them, from the simplest, such as the ban on parking their car in the band parking lot, having to walk at night when leaving the canal’s facilities.
Faustão’s stage partners have already complained about the work situation and fears about the future, but they have not been heard by the program’s directors.
