Alongside a sparkly emoji, the aspiring rapper, who recently got a tattoo with her drummer father, had written in her caption: “Does she know you're calling?”

Under her post, an Instagram user made a bold assumption and commented, “This kid has had a lot of plastic surgery at a very young age.”
The online troll also apparently gave the young star a backhanded compliment.
“I hope she doesn’t overdo it,” they wrote. “She looks good now!”
Many of Barker's fans defended her in the comments, but she also left a comment of her own as she put an end to the plastic surgery speculation.
“I really appreciate love,” she began.
The media personality then insisted that she had no “I am natural except for my lips,” she wrote, before urging people to “accept the fact that I am naturally beautiful.”
Back in October 2023, Barker first admitted that she had used lip fillers, sharing a candid photo of herself at her doctor's office.
Lute! News, she tagged her nurse, who explained that Barker was getting a “very natural” lip filler.
