After the great floods in Libya, a country in North Africa, there are many deaths and much destruction. It is feared the death toll in the port city of Darna alone could rise to 18,000 to 20,000. Libya was hit by a storm on Sunday. This caused two dams near Darna to fail. Entire neighborhoods were washed away by the sea.
