In the lawsuit, the alleged victim, who went by the alias Jane Doe, alleges that he met the singer, whose real name was Brian Warner, after a concert in Dallas in 1995.

The then 16-year-old had been waiting for him with his coach along with other people. Manson then invited her with “another girl younger than her.” He reportedly asked her for her age, education level, address and phone number.

According to the lawsuit, “Marilyn Manson allegedly committed various criminal acts of a sexual nature against the young woman, who was a virgin at the time of the alleged facts. The singer would have forced him to have sex and vaginal penetration would have occurred. In Texas, the age of consent was 17.

“A member of the group witnessed Defendant Manson sexually abusing the teenage girl. She was in pain, scared, upset, humiliated and confused. After she finished, the defendant laughed at her.”

The lawsuit also alleges that Manson told the girl to “get the fuck off her bus and threatened the plaintiff.” He told her that if she told anyone what happened, he would kill her and her family,” reports RollingStone.

The now-adult plaintiff has reportedly added Marilyn Manson’s Interscope and Nothing Records to her lawsuit.

Several women have denounced the sexual assault allegedly committed by Marilyn Manson, including Evan Rachel Wood, who made a documentary Phoenix Rising aired on HBO. Manson is suing the 35-year-old actress for defamation.
