And on Monday, Selma Blair was spotted out with her service dog, Scout, near her Studio City home.

The 50-year-old Cruel Intentions actress, who recently gushed over Christina Applegate, wore a casual look in loosely rolled denim jeans over black lace-up boots.

The beauty added a blue and orange striped sweater and opted to go makeup-free to reveal her natural beauty.

Blair styled her short blonde tresses in messy pieces and carried a white and silver crossbody bag.

Carrying an iced coffee, the mother-of-one wrapped her long red dog leash around her waist to keep Scout close in case she passed out.

“The thing is, I pass out a lot,” she told Entertainment Tonight in an interview during her stint on Dancing With The Stars.

“It’s one of the reasons I have Scout and it doesn’t mean I’m losing consciousness [or] It’s a whole experience with the ambulance, it’s something where I lose my sight, gravity pulls me down and I’m very disoriented and gone for a while,” she said.

Selma explained that her dog “is kind of there to catch me too, you know, getting the ground a little bit closer with his back.”

Selma spoke about her journey with the disease on the show, saying, “I was sick for so many years.”

Blair was set up with professional dancer Sasha Farber, who recounted that Selma once fainted before a rehearsal but insisted on coming in anyway.

Selma revealed to People magazine in May that she brought Scout home on the advice of her neurologist.

She noted that her new English Lab “kept me moving and helped me build stamina” and that her son Arthur “loves knowing Scout is by my side.”

The Hellboy actress explained, “It’s a big undertaking and he’s young, not even two, but he’s a tremendous gift. He’s with me all the time.’

She added: “If I fall into a big trap [muscle] Having cramps or trouble moving and need to recalibrate, he can come between my legs, help me stand up and balance me. It gave me a lot of independence.”
