Bill Cosby sued by Janice Dickinson and Lili Bernard for alleged sexual assault – TMZ

Bill Cosby is being sued for a string of alleged sexual assaults at the time… and his accusers include Janice Dickinson And Lili Bernard.

According to a new lawsuit seen by TMZ, Janice and Lili are among nine women accused of a series of sexual assaults and assaults on Cosby in Nevada between 1979 and 1992.

The women claim some of the alleged incidents happened in Cosby’s suite at the same Las Vegas hotel.

Lili, who starred in The Cosby Show, claims Cosby arranged for her to travel from New York to Nevada in 1990 on the pretext of arranging meetings with Hollywood producers.

When Lili arrived in Las Vegas, she claimed Cosby told her the producers couldn’t attend the meeting and instead invited her to a mentoring session in his hotel suite… where, she says, he encouraged her to do so had to quickly drink a drink which made her dizzy, disoriented and light-headed.

Lili claims the effects of the drink caused her to fall into Cosby’s suite and passed out… and when she woke up, she claims she was lying naked next to a naked Cosby, who raped her, despite telling him had that she didn’t want to have sex and scream for help.

In the lawsuit, Janice alleges that Cosby invited her to Lake Tahoe in 1982 under the pretense of discussing a possible role on his TV show. She says they went to dinner where she complained of menstrual cramps and in turn Cosby gave her a pill which he said would relieve her cramps.

The former model claims she felt groggy, disoriented and dizzy after taking the pill… and says Cosby took her to his suite and raped her. She says she told him to stop and tried to fend him off to no avail.

Both Lili and Janice say Cosby engaged in sexual acts with them without their consent and against their will, and they say they were neither mentally nor physically able to consent to or oppose any of the sexual acts.

The women say they have suffered emotional distress, embarrassment, mental anguish and humiliation… and are seeking compensation from Cosby.

Cosby’s representative, Andrew Wyatt, gave us this statement… “It is interesting that these ‘look back windows’ are only formulated in the states (New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles and Nevada) where many of Mr. Cosby’s alleged accusers reside. It makes ALL Americans.” Ask the question, “Who is funding these alleged accusers and who is funding these legislators?” Mr. Cosby is a citizen of these United States, but these judges and legislators are constantly allowing these civil lawsuits to flood their files—knowingly that these women are not fighting for victims, but for their addiction to massive media attention and greed.”

Wyatt adds… “From this day forward, we will not allow these women to display various accounts of an alleged allegation against Mr. Cosby without scrutiny in the court of public opinion and in the courtroom.”
