Jo Lindner, bodybuilder and influencer known worldwide as Joesthetics, died at the age of 30 from an aneurysm. The news was shared by his girlfriend Nicha in a post on social media.

The German fitness guru has an impressive Instagram following of 8.4 million who regularly post about his gym workouts and exercise regimen. Joesthetics became famous for sharing his workout and diet routine, always flaunting the defined muscles and physical strength he utilized in the gym.

Nicha, known online as @immapeaches, revealed that just a few days before, Jo had complained of neck pain. “He was in my arms… So this is going really fast… Three days ago he kept saying he had pain in his neck… we really didn’t realize it… until it was too late,” she lamented.

Lindner’s latest Instagram post detailed her recent efforts to regain fitness after a year’s hiatus from her intense workout. “When I lost my gains because I stopped doing everything for a year and then couldn’t get back to my own test levels, I went back to TRT,” he wrote, referring to testosterone replacement therapy.

In June, Jo revealed in a video posted to YouTube that she suffers from muscle rippling disease, which can cause your muscles to become extra sensitive to movement or pressure. “The heart is also a muscle, that’s my biggest concern: What if I have such a severe cramp that my heart gets cramps,” complained the athlete.
