According to news site Radar Online, the 64-year-old singer was injected with Narcan on June 24 by the person who found she was unresponsive.

This drug is the antidote to opioids and can neutralize their effects in an emergency situation.

However, in the case of Madonna, it is reported that naloxone was used to treat septic shock and not for drug use. According to Radar, there’s no evidence Madonna overdosed on drugs.

The star’s rep didn’t provide any details on this new fact regarding Madonna’s health condition.

The mother of six had to be intubated for at least a whole night.

Now that she was discharged from the hospital, she would have a hard time recovering and spending her days in bed.

Her tour guide explained that she was taken to the hospital because of a severe bacterial infection.

She reportedly suffered from a fever for more than a month before she was found unconscious at her home.

She reportedly ignored her symptoms and refused to see a doctor because she wanted to focus on her Celebration tour.

She also reportedly rehearsed her choreographies until she was exhausted; She trained more than 12 hours a day with dancers much younger than her.

She has never spoken publicly since the incident.
