Councilor says the couple spent the first months of the government traveling on public money

City Councilor Carlos Bolsonaro (PLRJ) published this Friday (September 15, 2023) a montage in which President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) and First Lady Janja can be seen traveling to various tourist attractions around the world. The video also includes a photo of her appearance on the moon.

“That sounds like a joke, but it’s not! It’s hundreds of millions of your money, with increased taxes and fees. But rest assured, the majority hasn’t arrived yet! And I won’t take a stand because politics can’t be discussed,” he wrote along with the video he shared on his Twitter profile.
