An Iowa couple worked for six years to convert an old school into a massive home and are now ready to sell the fruits of their efforts for $1.75 million (C$2.29 million).
Dean and Dianne Jensen purchased the Milford School in 2006 and renovated it for six years before moving in in 2012, CNN reports.
The classrooms were converted into multiple spaces including four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a ballroom, a game room, a huge kitchen and a large library.
The floors were also preserved and restored.
A large garage and rooms for shops in the basement were set up.
After living in this 2,500+ square foot residence for 11 years, they decided to sell it to move to a smaller residence.
