Joe Jonas spent quality time with daughter Willa in New York City on Wednesday amid his ongoing divorce and custody battle with his estranged wife Sophie Turner.
The 34-year-old singer looked somber as he carried his three-year-old through the streets of Brooklyn. His youngest child, Delphine, 14 months, was not seen on the outing.
The children had previously spent time with their mother, Turner, across town in Tribeca, where she was at Taylor Swift’s home.
Jonas’ outing came as a source revealed exactly what the Jonas Brothers star heard Sophie say on her Ring camera that gave him the final push to file for divorce.
It was previously reported that what he saw on camera was the “final straw” for Jonas, but no details were available about what he saw or heard.

According to a source, the singer now overheard Turner belittling him to a friend, although the details of exactly what she said to insult him are still unknown.
“It wasn’t anything more than that,” the source told Us Weekly, indicating it wasn’t a scandalous moment, “but that was the straw that broke the camel’s back.”
During his outing, Jonas wore a long-sleeved blue collared shirt with vertical patterns, paired with blue jeans and dark brown loafers. The weekday trip also included a visit to the children’s entertainment center Twinkle Playspace.

Turner was spotted leaving her superstar pal’s Tribeca townhouse with her two daughters on Wednesday after staying at the St. Regis Hotel with her daughters.
The mother-of-two, looking fresh and in good spirits, appeared to be sending the girls elsewhere as she helped them load their belongings into the back of a black SUV.
The driver helped her load two packed suitcases and a portable crib into the vehicle. She then said goodbye to her girls before heading back to Swift’s house.
Since news of her divorce broke, Turner has been photographed in New York without her wedding ring, but wore the ring again while tending to her children on Wednesday morning. She removed it hours later when she was seen out on the town with a friend that afternoon.
According to recent reports, Swift has offered Turner a shoulder to lean on following her shocking split from Jonas.

There she accused Jonas of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so they could return to England with her, citing an international child abduction law.
Earlier this week, revealed that both sides had agreed to an interim order to keep the girls in New York until the matter is resolved.
Neither Turner nor Jonas were present during the 15-minute remote hearing in Miami, the first hearing in any jurisdiction.
Joe’s attorney, Tom Sasser, said there would need to be testimony before the next hearing.
He also called Turner’s request to dismiss the Miami case entirely “particularly concerning and problematic.”
He claimed she had “decided to commence divorce proceedings in the UK” and wanted to “stop these proceedings”.

When Volgelsang asked that her client appear remotely for the next court date, Judge Young responded, “Your client will be here and in my courtroom.”

The judge offered both parties three dates and asked them to tell him which one they preferred. Jonas also had to come in person, the judge said.
