Jodie Foster calls Generation Z “really annoying in the workplace” and insists they can’t even write an email

Jodie Foster has harshly criticized Generation Z, insisting they are work-shy and “annoying”.

“They’re really annoying, especially in the workplace,” Foster told The Guardian.

“They say, 'No, I'm not feeling it today, I'll be there at 10:30.' Or in emails I tell them, 'This is all grammatically incorrect, haven't you checked your spelling?” And they say, “Why should I do that, isn’t that a limitation?”

When asked what she thinks young actors need to know, the actress added: “They need to learn to relax, not think about it so much and come up with something that's theirs.”

“I can help them find what is so much more fun than being the protagonist of the story with all the pressure behind it.”

An example of her mentorship was asking Bella Ramsey, a non-binary star, to introduce her at Elle Magazine's Women in Hollywood celebration in November.
