Former Hungarian model Gabriella Gaspar filed a request to investigate Neymar's paternity at the Family Court of the Central Civil Court of São Paulo on January 21. According to information published this Monday (29) by Folha de S. Paulo, Gaspar, who currently works as a stick boy in Budapest, explained through his lawyer that the striker of the Brazilian national team is the father of his 9yearold daughter Jazmin Zoé.
“She met him in Bolivia, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The Brazilian team was there for a friendly match and she had gone for a walk. They had a quick relationship and she became pregnant,” said Angelo Carbone, Gabriella’s lawyer. The Hungarian is said to have tried to contact the player several times.
According to Carbone, Gabriella has been exchanging messages with Neymar's father and sister Rafaella Santos for the past seven years. However, since no action was taken at this point, the dealer decided to go to court. “What she wants most is for her daughter to have her father’s name on her certificate,” the defense said.

Gaspar also demanded a monthly pension of €30,000 about R$160,000. “We are also demanding a retroactive amount for the period in which Gabriella had to bear all the costs related to the girl, who will soon turn 10 years old,” said the lawyer.
Officially, Neymar is the father of Davi Lucca, the result of his relationship with Carol Dantas, and Mavie, the result of his relationship with Bruna Biancardi. However, a rumor recently emerged that Brazilian model and influencer Kimberlly was four months pregnant with the player. According to reports, the athlete agreed to the DNA test after the child was born.
