The armed forces of Russia are preparing “a new powerful offensive” in eastern Ukraine, especially in Donbass, but also in the city of Kharkiv. The President of Ukraine said so Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his recent video address, declaring that a “slow but evident” withdrawal from the north is underway.
