January 6 commission now CALLED Don Jr. Kimberly Guilfoil’s fiancée

Commission of the Chamber of 6th of January summons Donald Trump Jr. Kimberly Guilfoil’s fiancée on Thursday after she abruptly ended an interview with committee members last week.

A letter to Guilfoil said she must testify on March 15 and submit the requested documents to the commission by March 11.

“Guilfoil met with Donald Trump inside the White Househe spoke at the rally that took place before the January 6 riots and apparently played a key role in organizing and raising funds for the event, “said commission chairman Benny Thompson on January 6.

“She also apparently communicated with others about the then president’s decision on who he was and was not allowed to speak at the Ellipse rally, including concerns that he shared the scene with people including Ali Alexander, Alex Jones and Roger. Stone, “the commission announcing the summons said in a tweet.

Alexander and Jones are far-right figures who pursue conspiracy theories, while Stone is a longtime political adviser to Trump who was pardoned by the then president after being accused of lying to Congress as part of Mueller’s investigation.

Guilfoil was filmed behind the scenes of the Stop the Steal rally on January 6, 2021, dancing to the late 80’s pop song Gloria by the late singer Laura Branigan.

The song is constantly performed at rallies and events of Trump.

She and Donald Trump Jr. appeared together on the stage of the Ellipse rally – hours before the mafia from MAGA stormed the US Capitol building.

On Friday, Gilfoil closed the committee’s questioning on January 6th after finding that Democratic lawmakers were in talks.

“As Ms Guilfoil waived her initial commitment to provide a voluntary interview, we are issuing today’s subpoena, which will force her to testify,” the commission said on Thursday. “We expect her to obey the law and cooperate.”

In a statement she shared on Twitter, Guilfoyle’s lawyer Joseph Takopina said the interview had been “hijacked”.

“However, after Gilfoil’s presence, the commission revealed its unreliability, as members known for leaking information appeared,” Takopina said.

“Then, while the lawyer paused to consider the matter, our concerns about the presence of the members of the commission were confirmed, as the commission in less than two minutes leaked news about the break in the media, as chairman [Bennie] Thompson did it only a month earlier, when he revealed to the press that our client’s phone records were confidentially called, “the lawyer continued.

When the lawyer was told about the leak, Takopina said: “They were also shocked and horrified.”

“It is clear that Adam Schiff and many other members stole the interview in a brazen attempt to announce an apparently unfounded investigation,” said Gilfoil’s lawyer.

Takopina said that the actions of the members of the commission make it “extremely clear that their only real interest is to load our client with sand and use today’s interview as a political weapon against President Trump and those who support him.”

Sources told CBS News that the problems with the call began when Guilfoil learned that California Democratic Representative Adam Schiff, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and a key figure in Trump’s first impeachment, and Maryland Democratic MP Jamie Ruskin, a key figure in Trump’s second impeachment.

Both Schiff and Ruskin are members of the House of Representatives election commission on January 6th.

Only two Republicans, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, are sitting on the committee after the Capitol Hill Republican Party leadership passed a bill to set up a 9/11 bipartisan commission to investigate the Capitol attack.

On Friday, Gilfoil said he expected only lawyers and commission officials to attend.

“Kim objected and said that was not my understanding,” one source told CBS, while another source said Gilfoil was “outraged.”

The engagement of Gilfoil and Trump Jr. was first announced in January.

She was previously married to California Gov. Gavin Newsom.
