Taking part in Mais Você (TV Globo), Gloria Perez opened up about how she usually writes her soap operas and spoke of an odd habit.
The author said that although she spends a lot of time writing, she only does it standing up to avoid back problems. She said she works about seven hours a day with the computer on a bench, using only a high stool for support.
When Ana Maria Braga found out about Gloria’s habit, she was surprised and mentioned the large number of episodes per soap opera. The presenter said that “Travessia” (TV Globo), which premiered earlier this week, should have 190 episodes.
“Because of the column, I always write standing up. Writing while sitting takes many hours of work. You spend six or seven hours writing. So you tend to look for a more comfortable position. In this more comfortable position, you fasten it on one side, you fasten it on the other, when you stand up, the lumbar spine is gone. […] When you get up, you don’t take that risk,” the screenwriter explained.
Gloria even cited American writer Ernest Hemingway as an example of another author who wrote while standing.
Believe me, that’s always the point. […] It seems strange, but you can believe that this is the healthiest and most correct way not to have problems. Gloria Perez

Although addressed in the first few episodes, the practice of deepfaking will not be the central theme of the novel. The director explained that, in her opinion, the feuilleton would later take other directions that were unknown on television.
“This is just the beginning of the soap opera. If we get more or less halfway, then yes, it’s going to show a theme that’s never been shown on TV before. I’m not going to ‘spoiler’ about that.” , he said.
During the show Ana Maria Braga had fun showing a deepfake made by a professional in which they put her face in the character Nazaré Tedesco from “Senhora do Destino”.
“I felt like Nazaré Tedesco himself. […] So you can’t believe everything you see. It’s best to try it out,” the moderator recommended.
