TV series “Pitch Perfect”: Sarah Highland, Jamila Jamil Actors – Peacock

Peacock’s Pitch Perfect series hosts a modern family mini-gathering: Sarah Highland has joined the upcoming comedy starring Adam Devine, who played her character’s ex-boyfriend in Modern Family.

In addition, Jamila Jamil (The Good Place) and Lera Abova went on the show as regular series.

Devine reprized his role in Bumper Allen’s film, which moved to Germany to revive his musical career when one of his songs became big in Berlin a few years after we last saw him in Pitch Perfect. Highland will play Heidi, Peter (Flula Borg) and Bumper’s hilarious and slightly strange American assistant, who “secretly dreams of being a singer and songwriter herself, performing original songs at a Berlin cabaret,” according to the official description.

Jamil will portray Gisela, “a bombastic and screaming rising German pop star [who] is an ex-girlfriend of Piëter and a main rival of Bumper [at] concert for the Day of German Unity. Abova is a partner as the sister of Peter, a famous Berlin DJ and music producer.
