“We’re from the United States. What I’ve just experienced is Third World! Third World! I’ll never travel Air Canada again, it’s over! he exclaimed an American.

Many regret the slowness of Air Canada’s customer service when it comes to contacting an agent to reschedule a flight or get a refund.

In the face of the chaos that has been going on for several hours, passengers are growing impatient and do not hesitate to voice their point of view on customer service.

“It’s a huge frustration, we’re very disappointed with customer service. We’re really left to our own devices,” lamented one traveller.

“I was on the phone at 3:30am. I got here around 5am and instead of seeing customer service reps, I was shocked to only see phones and talking to someone who doesn’t exist,” said another airline executive Customer.

Montreal airport officials are reminding travelers to check departures and arrivals before arriving at the scene.
