The ‘Avengers’ actor posts the first snap after his snowplow accident
THE ACCIDENT – Jeremy Renner was run over by a snow plow on January 1st. I was cleaning the driveway at his Lake Tahoe ranch when, for reasons that are still unclear, he was hit by the heavy vehicle. The injuries received were very serious, so the actor has already undergone two surgeries. Neighbors immediately rescued him and tried to stop the bleeding with a tourniquet, but he lost a lot of blood. Transported to the hospital by air ambulance, he underwent surgery and scared his fans. Now he has his picture taken and posts it on social media to reassure everyone. The actor’s family also wanted to thank the doctors and rescuers who made it possible to save Jeremy’s life.
RENNER’S COMMITMENT TO THE REGION – Jeremy Renner was always busy in his area and was often on the front lines fighting fires or snowstorms like the one that struck his native range, the Sierra Nevada, at the end of the year that struck the ranch about forty kilometers from Reno , leaving 35,000 families without electricity. The Sierra Nevada, like other areas of the United States, had been battered by a series of storms (the “Storm of the Century”) since before Christmas, killing about sixty people from coast to coast. On Dec. 13, the actor posted a photo of his car completely buried in snow with the caption, “Snowfalls on Lake Tahoe are no joke.”
