Piers Morgan hung up with Alex Jones after their rematch interview sparked an incomprehensible row over the Sandy Hook massacre, 10 years after the pair had a heated gun control argument.
Broadcasters were unable to end their debate on Piers Morgan Uncensored tonight after Jones yelled at Morgan for investigating him over his comments about the deadly school shooting.
The talk TV host said Jones “deliberately spun a bunch of lies to make Sandy Hook’s families suffer even worse.”
Jones, frustrated by the series of interrogations, denied responsibility for his role in spreading misinformation – arguing, “I didn’t make any money off Sandy Hook” – and just moments before warning viewers, “Don’t let it go control of Pier’s mind”. his live interview feed was cut off.

Morgan introduced Jones to a range of potential talking points, including the school shooting, ahead of his appearance on tonight’s show.
Jones was apparently upset that the majority of his interview revolved around his comment about Sandy Hook.
The Infowars host was last year ordered to pay the families of the victims of the Sandy Hook massacre $1.5 billion in damages for defamation.
Addressing the defamation lawsuit on the show, Morgan said Jones “took a huge amount of fuel and you poured it on the bonfire of her pain.”
“That’s the bottom line for you, Alex,” he said. “They purposely spun a bunch of lies to make the Sandy Hook families suffer even worse.”
He then presented Jones with footage of Nicole Hockley, whose six-year-old son Dylan was killed in the massacre, in which she claimed Jones had inspired conspiracy theorists to threaten the safety of her and her family.

Instead of responding to the question, Jones referred to the other suggested topics for discussion and asked in a combative tone, “When are we going to talk about other topics?
“They live on me. I didn’t make any money off Sandy Hook. They got $73 million from Remington. They live off Sandy Hook, I don’t.”
Morgan, who appeared to be stressing with the victims, said: “Here’s what I’m going to tell you. Maybe one of the reasons they have a problem with you and you watch you say things on the air like, “You’ve got parents who laugh – hahaha – and then they go to the camera and go boo huhhhh” and not just one , but a bunch of parents doing that, and then photos of kids still alive that they said died? I mean, they think we’re so stupid.

Jones has been sued for defamation after repeatedly alleging that the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, which killed 20 students and six teachers, was a “hoax” and “staged.”
Jones deflected the conversation and instead tried to refocus the conversation on the Covid footage, which he claims is “poisoned” and killing children.
He also tried to compare his leaks to the war actions of former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, who once publicly said she thought the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children were “worth it.”
The couple argued about the shooting for over 40 minutes, with Morgan citing Jones’ own comment on him – which Jones denied.
The conspiracy theorist accused the judge in his defamation trial and the media of hounding him for comments for which he “apologized”.
He also repeatedly claimed that his victims made money “from my name.”
Morgan hung up about 48 minutes into the hour-long show with Jones after he “lost the plot.”
“All your screaming and bloodshed is absolutely despicable,” Morgan said to Jones. “And we both know that, I think.”

“And he’s gotten away with it so far, but they exposed his bluff — they sued him — and the families won $1.5 billion.”
