Alicia Taylor opened up about why her husband Corey Taylor sometimes doesn’t take photos with fans when they’re out together.
She wrote about it on X yesterday (November 21): “Some people call my husband an idiot because he doesn’t stop taking photos when we’re together. He does it because we are a lot away from each other, he leaves us at home to be with the fans. When we are together, we want to have time for ourselves. Time spent with family (whether with the kids or just with each other) is time spent with family.”
Alicia’s post sparked a lot of reactions, so much so that she added that fans sometimes blame her when her husband chooses not to chat with them. She cited an instance where she was looking for a restroom and they kept getting stopped and some fans insulted them both for refusing to stop and spend time with them.
One person responded to Alicia’s tweet saying, “I understand but it literally takes two seconds to sign my CD.”
Then she replied, “You, plus the people you’re with, plus the other people who see it go by and want theirs… Trust me, it’s not two seconds – no one would have a problem if it was just two seconds.” would take.”
Corey Taylor is currently touring Europe to promote his latest solo album CMF2 and performed in Paris a few days ago (November 19).
