Almost 50 years after the beginning of her artistic career and with more than a dozen hits, including: “Who is like you?”, “And here I am”, “Oh dear!”, the singer Ana Gabriel announced her retirement on stage this weekend.
It all happened during a concert that the interpreter was offering in Los Angeles, where she paused the show for a few seconds to announce her decision to the public: “I want to tell you that I’ll be leaving the stage soon,” she said is in heard in a video already circulating on social media.

Although she gave no further details and did not set an exact date for the farewell, the Mexican stressed that if she shared her plans with the public, it was because of a promise she made many years ago: “I said that when I was retiring, I wanted to tell them, no I know when, it could be next year,” he added.
But this news was not the only thing that left a bittersweet taste among the participants and Ana Gabriel herself, and it is that the singer said through her social networks that she was very disappointed in the public since apparently she had received several disregards would have “unbalanced her as an artist”.
