Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa have had a complicated week. In recent days, the presenter had to appeal to the Guardianship Council after receiving an anonymous complaint about Alexandre Correa's visits to his son.

In addition, the excouple must expect further lawsuits after the divorce. This is Alexandre and Ana Hickmann's first meeting after their separation: on January 31st there will be an arbitration hearing between the two.

At the hearing, the former couple will decide on divorce proceedings and joint custody of the child. “We hope for a positive outcome for everyone involved, with the wellbeing of the child always being the top priority,” the moderator explained in his defense.

Alexandre Correa denounces Ana Hickmann

During the week, Alexandre Correa filed a complaint against Ana Hickmann. He claimed that the presenter did not comply with the court decision and did not make her son spend the holidays with his father from January 3 to 10. Days earlier, her exhusband had already requested her arrest on parental alienation charges.

On Monday (08), Ana appeared before the Itu Guardianship Council following an anonymous complaint about different dates for her son's visits to his father. The complaint was opened on the 5th, coincidentally the same day Alexandre took to Instagram to vent about the issue.
