Cooper stepped out on Sunday after co-hosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve coverage in Times Square.
He co-hosted the show with Bravo personality Andy Cohen. The duo weren’t allowed to drink alcohol on the program, a big change from previous years that didn’t go unnoticed by fans.
Cohen and Cooper addressed the change at the beginning of the show, with Cooper asking Cohen if he would be fine without a drink.
“Do I have a bag of edibles? I don’t know,” Cohen joked. “It’s a long night. This is a telethon without a disease.’
Andy garnered a lot of attention last year when he appeared with an alcohol-fuelled tirade that touched public figures from Bill de Blasio to Ryan Seacrest.
