At Kapptech Lille “Advanced Repair” or how to breathe new life into our high-tech devices – La Voix du Nord

“We have to buy a new one. We often get this answer when we want to have our phone or laptop repaired, for example. “But between 70 and 80% of breakdowns are fixable,” assures Zakari Bouazzaoui, co-founder of high-tech repair shop Kapptech Lille. With his partner Yassine Badiaa, they make “Advanced Repair” their spearhead. Because that is what distinguishes them from other workshops: “The others change screens, charging plugs or take care of changing the battery while we micro-weld to get to the root of the problem.”

Repair instead of consuming too much

Since the start of their activities last November, the two partners have only had one word on their lips: recycling. “We urge customers to repair their old devices instead of using too much,” says Zakari Bouazzaoui. A way to extend the lifespan of our devices as society becomes more vigilant about over-buying. And everything works: smartphones, computers and even game consoles. In addition, beyond the repair component, Kapptech offers some refurbished devices according to a best practice: “We test it, we approve it and we offer it for sale. »

The two young entrepreneurs hope to find their customers while the work in progress on Boulevard Carnot is delaying their start… While waiting for the end of this project in the spring, they rely heavily on social networks: on us, and especially on that we can… fix the irreparable! »
