Barcelona have announced the cancellation of the friendly game that was supposed to be played from Saturday morning to Sunday against Juventus in Santa Clara, California. The interruption of the game is due to the fact that several players in the team are suffering from gastroenteritis, as the club reports on its social networks. “FC Barcelona announces that the game against Juventus FC scheduled for today, July 22 at 7:30 p.m. at Levi’s stadium, as part of the Soccer Champions Tour, has been suspended. “An important part of the Barcelona squad has been affected by viral gastroenteritis,” read the statement, which gave no details on the number of players affected.
