According to US President Joe Biden, China has not yet delivered any weapons to Russia. “That doesn’t mean they won’t do it, but they still haven’t,” Biden said yesterday, referring to Western concerns about Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine.
“I don’t take China lightly. I don’t take Russia lightly,” Biden told a news conference in the Canadian capital, Ottawa. He had “heard for three months” that China would supply Russia with major weapons. “They haven’t done it yet,” said the President of the United States.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday that Washington currently has no evidence that China is providing Russia with significant military support in its war of aggression against Ukraine. Washington “to this day has not seen them cross the red line,” Blinken said Wednesday at a hearing before a US Senate committee.
