eternal youth. This is the dream that drives American billionaire Bryan Johnson to spend $2 million (R$9.8 million) annually to achieve “the 18yearold body.” Taking to Twitter, the tech tycoon shared more details about his daily routine, revealing that he eats his last meal of the day at 11am.
“My last meal of the day is at 11 o’clock. I eat between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m.,” he wrote.
His eating routine begins right after waking up, when he takes dozens of medications and medical supplements and weighs himself on a highprecision scale. The device also displays your body fat percentage and hydration levels. It also takes your temperature first thing in the morning.
After the medicine, the billionaire drinks a drink he calls “Green Giant,” made of creatine, cocoa flavonoids, and collagen peptides. Breakfast comes after a 25step exercise series and includes only foods that can be good for Johnson’s health, like broccoli, cauliflower, garlic and ginger. It also has a daily limit of 1977 calories from no animal sources.
Bryan also recently received a transfusion of blood plasma donated by his 17yearold son. Anything to look younger.
Bryan is joined by a team of 30 doctors with a goal of rejuvenating every organ in the billionaire’s body.
