The New York Jets and Buffalo Bills have half of their Week 11 game in the books. So far, Buffalo has dominated the Jets, maintaining a double-digit lead in the locker room until halftime.
After the score, New York lined up behind the eight ball when Xavier Gipson fumbled the first kickoff, which immediately gave the Bills the ball into the red zone. They settled for a field goal and continued to score as the half progressed. After three straight field goal drives, the Bills actually broke through the end zone when Josh Allen completed the touchdown to James Cook for a 16-point lead. As for the Jets’ offense, they continue to struggle for the most part with Zach Wilson under center. However, the quarterback was able to put the Jets ahead with a touchdown drive just before halftime, giving Buffalo the lead. So far, Wilson has 67 yards passing, one touchdown and one pick.
So will the Jets face the Bills for the second time this season, or will Buffalo hold on and get a decisive win that puts them over .500 this season? We’re about to find out.
