Busy Phillips shared security camera video showing her falling down her front steps as she reflected on 2022 on social media.
“In 2022 you broke my damn heart in a number of ways but at least you didn’t kill me. Here’s to 2023,” wrote the 43-year-old in the New Year’s post as a caption for her around 2.4 million followers.
The former talk show host added: “*Please enjoy this video of me miraculously falling down the front steps in October and not injuring myself at all (also FYI I was sober). Pod listeners, this is for you and our collective light teams.’

The clip showed Busy in a silver sequin dress, black coat and black boots, following her tiny white dog, Gina, as she descended the front steps of her New York City home in October.
She soon fell, with her legs flying over her head as items she was carrying spilled onto the sidewalk.
Busy rolling it and landing on her feet before calmly pulling out her phone and texting her estranged husband Marc Silverstein, 51, who was at the house with their children Birdie, 14, and Cricket, nine.
The actress opened up about the scary fall on an October episode of her podcast, titled Busy Almost DIED! and admitted she was shocked that she escaped serious injury.

“I’m not fucking going to die if I fall down the stairs, I can’t. What a pity. It’s not for me,” Busy said on her podcast.
Busy announced on her podcast in May that she and Marc split in February 2021, having married in June 2007.
She is currently starring in the streaming musical comedy Girls5eva alongside Sara Bareilles, Paula Pell and Renée Elise Goldsberry.

In October, it was announced that Girs5eva would be moving to Netflix for its third season after Peacock canceled after its second season.
