Case update Madeleine McCann: AI is used in facial recognition multiversonoticias.com.br

Julia Wendell, a young woman claiming to be Madeleine McCann who has been missing from Portugal in Praia da Luz for years, has filed another lawsuit against her family, claiming her parents knew of her whereabouts. However, they did not get in touch and even less helped her.

In light of the new allegations, the McCanns are awaiting the results of a DNA test to prove the teen’s story is true.

However, a new test was run and had its own detection technology to help with disappearances.

The tool has artificial intelligence (AI) and was used to find out if the features in the young woman’s pictures matched Madeleine McCann’s affections.

The technology was developed in Switzerland and is able to analyze even the smallest details. However, the New York Post reported that Julia Wendell is not the McCann couple’s real daughter.

How does the technology work?

The software used to carry out the test was produced by the company AVAX. It performs an extremely detailed analysis of a person’s face.

After completing this process, the software then begins to share three points, which are thoroughly analyzed and compared to the photos in a database.

The leader of the project, Christian Fehrlin, said it was impossible that the young woman was Madeleine, the missing girl. Julia Wendell moved to California believing that she really is the girl who was kidnapped in Portugal in 2007 while her parents were on vacation.

Remembering the story of Madeleine McCann

The story in question took place in 2007 when Madeleine McCann was vacationing in Portugal with her parents and two twin twoyearold brothers.

But unexpectedly, the parents couldn’t find the little girl. So they started looking for her and the news hit the limelight and gained a lot of international attention.
