Chainsaw Man is officially getting an anime film, as previously announced with the teaser visual and trailer. Studio MAPPA is once again responsible for the production. Reina Ueda voices Reze, the star of the Bomb Girl arc.
Chainsaw Man – Anime Movie XXX
The first season of the anime premiered last fall and consisted of a total of 12 episodes. MAPPA CEO Manabu Otsuka said that the Chainsaw Man anime was a complete financial success, and Kenshi Yonezu sang the opening theme song “KICK BACK”. Each episode had a different ending song sung by a different artist, namely:

Denji is a teenager who lives with a chainsaw devil named Pochita. Due to the debt left by his father, he lives a life of poverty while he pays back his debts by harvesting devil carcasses with Pochita.
One day Denji is betrayed and killed. As his consciousness fades, he makes a contract with Pochita and is resurrected as the “Chainsaw Man” – a man with the heart of a devil.
Tatsuki Fujimoto first started the Chainsaw Man manga in 2018 and Part 1 ended in 2020 with a total of 97 chapters and 11 volumes. Part 2 began in July 2022. Viz Media has licensed the manga in English.
