That sideways glance that we have never forgotten! Ten years after going viral on the internet, Chloe Clem has recreated her famous meme. Via Instagram, the 12yearold girl posted a photo that recreates the iconic disdainful face that still circulates on social media to this day and defines us.
“Ten years difference between one sideways glance and the other. “Some things never change,” Chloe wrote. In 2013, the little girl and her sister Lily were surprised to find they were on their way to a Disney park. The girls’ mother recorded each one’s reaction and shared it on YouTube.
As her older sister cried, Chloe, who was only two years old at the time, said, She looked suspiciously into the camera, showing that she didn’t fully understand what was happening. The youngest’s hilarious reaction went viral and today the video from which the meme was born has already more than 22 million views on the social network.

On the 12th, to celebrate the viral anniversary, Chloe’s mother reposted the full video on her monitored Instagram profile. “It’s been 10 years since our lives changed forever! The Chloe meme is truly iconic and will live on forever as one of the most sympathetic sideways glances in history! Thank you fans for your continued love and support,” she wrote in the caption.
