Chloe Madeley has revealed that as a new mom to nine-month-old daughter Bodhi, she relies on her parents Richard and Judy on “bad days”.
The 35-year-old personal trainer, who showed off her abs in new snaps on Wednesday, welcomed her little one to husband James Haskell last August but has now admitted she was feeling “quite depressed” going into her third trimester.
Chloe explained in a new podcast that she struggled with living in the Midlands while her parents were in London during her pregnancy, but that things are easier now that they’ve moved south.
Speaking on midwife Pip’s podcast, Chloe said of her final stages of pregnancy: “I felt very isolated, very alone. I was pretty depressed and pretty freaked out.
“I also don’t think it helped at the time that James and I were still living in the Midlands and I was separated from all my friends and family.”

“But now when I’m having a bad day … I just get in the car and drive to my parents’.”
Chloe described how her parents are now very supportive of her and said she could “catch her breath”.
She explained: “It’s only when I’m in my family home with my mother and father, who are also possessed by Bodhi, that I just catch my breath and come back down to earth.
“I kind of reconnect with everything I love about my life.”
The couple lived with Richard and Judy shortly after Bodhi’s birth amid renovations to their London home.
But now the property is complete and they’ve moved in – and Chloe gave a tour of the house on Instagram earlier this week.
She shared a full tour with her followers as she filmed herself moving from room to room.
Entering through the front door, Chloe showed the spacious hall with crisp white walls and a beautiful hardwood floor with many original features.

She then moved into the large living room before explaining that the work was still to be done and she would be splashing out on new sofas soon.
Baby Bodhi watched her mother as she peeked into the “tiny” downstairs bathroom, which was painted burgundy with gold accessories.
Chloe joked that guests don’t like the room because it has no windows and she’s been forced to use air fresheners and diffusers to avoid unpleasant smells.
Then jaws dropped as she moved to reveal the huge modern kitchen with gleaming white cabinets and marble countertop.
The dining table, complete with quirky chairs, sat in an incredible extension with a modern chandelier and seating for eight.
Upstairs, Chloe showed us around Baby Bodhi’s room as well as her and James’ boudoir with mint green closets and a huge bed.
Finally, she showed off the couple’s bathroom, which she described as a bathroom that “dreams were made of.”
The lavish wet room had a gold shower and marble armoires with Art Deco style accessories and fluffy robes hanging on the wall.
She captioned the clip: “@Homehaskell update.”
Last month, Chloe expressed her frustration in an Instagram post after sharing a picture of her daughter sitting on James’ lap in the back seat of a car.
In exchange, Chloe was asked: “Why doesn’t your child sit in a car seat?! How irresponsible,” to which the fitness influencer replied, “Because it’s a cab, check it out.”
But the trailer exclaimed: “Taxi or not – shame on you,” prompting Chloe to reply: “Understanding the law is not your forte. Do you think you are better informed than the law?
“How dare you insinuate that because we are a 10 minute cab ride where legally our child under 3 is sitting on our lap, that I’m a bad mother. You are the worst of us women. Go away. Grab it. Do not you have anything else to do.’
The law states that children can travel in taxis and minicabs without a car seat if the driver does not provide a proper child seat.
Children must travel in a back seat and without a seat belt if they are under the age of three and with one if they are older.
It’s not the first time Chloe has had to defend the couple’s parenting choices for Bodhi.

Chloe jumped into husband James’ defense after he was trolled after an interview in which she said she went back to work eight weeks after giving birth to their daughter Bodhi.
The personal trainer defended her family after telling The Mirror she went back to work two months after giving birth and admitted it was a “pride” thing not to rely on James as a breadwinner.
She said: “James is obviously making a great income and he’s my partner and that’s fantastic but we don’t have a joint account. We’ve always had separate accounts and I think that’s a bit proud of me.”
