To the Jova Beach Party the surprise is always around the corner and even yesterday, the first of the two days in Vasto, the audience experienced many really special and certainly unforgettable moments. Lorenzo Jovanotti, who has been on tour along the Italian coast for over a month and a half, officiated on the beach in Abruzzo a very special marriage proposal. Around 6.30 p.m., just before a storm broke out, Giulio Ciccone took the stage and proposed to his partner Annabruna Di Iorio that not even the time to say “Will you marry me?” pronounce he replied with a very excited “yes”.
It’s not the first time the national Jova has proposed, but this time it seems to have a very special flavor. Always with a passion for cycling worked with the Trek Segafredo champion from Abruzzo to organize the whole surprise which ended beautifully. The motion was greeted with warm applause from the more than 20,000 in attendance and the musicians who dedicated the famous “Serenade Rap” to the couple.
It’s a special 2022 for Giulio Ciccone, who can finally smile again, after the beautiful victory in Cogne at the 15th Giro stage, he now also wins privately and we only have to wish the couple all the best.
