OUTSIDE. Coaticook Gorge Park and Nature Discovery Park are expanding their winter programming with multiple meetings in February and March.
The events, which will take place under the motto “February, play outside!” » and “March, let's let go!” », will take place on Saturdays.
On February 3rd we will be presenting a “Starry Saturday” for the first time, during which a DJ will delight visitors to the sounds of his music near the ice rink, which is illuminated especially for the occasion. It will also be possible to go hiking, fat biking, snowshoeing and take part in the Le Liéri escape game, all equipped with a headlamp.
A week later, it's time for a fishing tournament at Nature Discovery Park. The interactive and indoor component of Acoatica will also be available for those who want to try the experience.
February 17th is a surprise day when outdoor enthusiasts are invited to take on challenges that have been kept secret for the time being.
Then it's time for “Sweet Saturday”, February 24th, where there is the opportunity to taste delicacies from the CRIFA sugar hut. We offer carriage and pony rides. A “calleuse” will be on site to provide the experience of an introduction to Quebec's traditional dances.
During the school holidays (March 2nd to 5th), dog sledding trips are offered to customers upon prior reservation.
At the end of the winter program, we are presenting another “Starry Saturday” on March 9th.
