Coldplay are playing their first show in Curitiba tonight and just like in São Paulo, all tickets are sold out. Among the lucky ones who were able to buy tickets for the show were friends Maria Eduarda Valentim, Duda and Bianca Ribeiro, both 21 years old and big fans of the band.
However, five days before the big day, Dudley died suddenly of unknown causes.
Ana Pires, a close friend of Duda, published the death of her friend on social networks and tells how happy the young publicist from Tubarão (SC) was when she managed to get the coveted tickets.
Also grieving at the loss, friends and family came together to make an appeal to the British band the young woman was such a fan of, asking for a tribute to the newborn during the song “Yellow,” one of her favorite songs Publicist.
For the appeal to reach Coldplay, Ana also posted a video on social media, which was widely shared. The record contains a request to the band in English to dedicate the song to the young woman.
A syringes, Ana explained her friend’s devotion to the band. “It was a very big dream for Duda… She’s a fan of pop culture in general! Did she particularly love pop groups like Blackpink and Coldplay? She and Bianca were dying to go to the concert, but there was a worst of the unforeseen events.”
The friend said that Duda saved money to buy the ticket and it took a lot of effort to get it before it sold out. “We have concluded that she deserves this honor to make all her efforts worthwhile.”
According to Ana, Maria Eduarda could be considered a “loyal fan” and quite dedicated when it came to returning the bracelets given out at the presentations. “I fought with those who didn’t give back!”
“Bianca still goes to the show, in honor of Duda, we know she’d like that. Bianca goes with all her remaining strength,” he finished.
