Her latest photoshoot comes after the model was found guilty of stealing $52,320 from her employer, but she wasn’t in court to hear it.

In July 2021, following an investigation by St. George Police, she was charged with two counts of stealing property from an employer.

Police said in court filings that they stole $35,785 from Rheumatology Specialist Care in Kogarah — now known as Integrated Specialist Medical Care — between September 2019 and February 2020.

Del Busso also stole $16,565 from the Randwick clinic site during the same period.

She worked as a receptionist for the Kogarah and Randwick branches of the clinics.

The lingerie model and reality TV star, who now lives in Melbourne, has pleaded not guilty to both counts.

She was scheduled to be in Sutherland Magistrates’ Court on February 10 to defend the charges before Judge Hugh Donnelly, but did not appear.

And this despite the fact that she had made several requests for the hearing to be postponed and dismissed for several weeks.

She had claimed she couldn’t afford a lawyer. She also presented a medical certificate and a psychological report from renowned psychologist Tim Watson-Munro, claiming she was too ill to attend.

She even blamed media coverage for the fact that she was unlikely to get a fair trial.

However, her biggest claim was that she was abroad and would not be able to appear in court.

On January 18, police were given an address in Los Angeles to take the evidence against them.

At a Feb. 2 hearing, Del Busso appeared via video link, allegedly from Los Angeles, and said she could not appear in court until May because of “work commitments.”

But police presented the court with Border Force evidence showing she had indeed returned to Australia from abroad on December 11, 2022 – and had not left the country.

Judge Hugh Donnelly said there was insufficient evidence to support her requests for delay and found her guilty of theft.

She has to appear in court again next week to be convicted.
