Starting in February, Vrai will be offering new releases to view on its platform every Tuesday.
To open the ball, Patrick Groulx will take over the helm of the series “In my head” from February 7th. This new section, which combines stand-up in front of an audience with fiction, will notably pay tribute to Michèle Desrochers, Stéphan Fallu, Mélanie Ghanimé, José Gaudet, Léane Labrèche-Dor, Dominic Paquet, Alex Perron and Kevin Raphaël.
Then, for Valentine’s Day, Vrai will be hosting the Bureau of Investigation’s new documentary, The Arctic War. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, experts have made no secret of their fear that a third world war could begin on the outskirts of Canada. Because of its geographic location, the country could be closer than ever to the front lines.
The following week, Mélissa Bédard and Bianca Longpré meet extraordinary moms in their new docu-reality, Extraordinary Mothers. Together, the two mothers will give these inspiring and committed women a voice despite the pitfalls and vagaries of life.
Another documentary reality will also appear on the platform, this time on February 28th. Focusing on the first few months of life for five animal species, You Are Born! will follow the journey of baby animals from birth to adoption. Singer and presenter Marie-Ève Janvier will provide the narration.
