Court annuls the will of Tom Veiga, known as Louro José, leaving a widow without an heir TV

The dispute over the inheritance of Tom Veiga (19732020), Louro José’s interpreter, took a new development. The court annulled the will of the interpreter of Ana Maria Braga’s former mascot and ruled that Cybelle Hermínio da Costa, Veiga’s exwife, has no right to the assets left by the actor.

In the will, Cybelle held 50% of the assets of the interpreter Louro José. The other 50% was divided between his four children, 12.5% each. With the new court ruling, the children have 100% and Cybelle has nothing.

Their marriage ended two months before Veiga’s death, but the official divorce would not be finalized until four days after his death.

Three days before he suffered a stroke, the eternal Louro José sent an audio message to a friend warning him that he would not keep Cybelle in his will. He didn’t have time to fulfill his wish.

Alessandra Veiga, Veiga’s exwife and mother of two of his children, spoke about the case last Friday (1st) in a statement to We Podcast, which she records with her son Adrian in Orlando, USA, where they live.

“Congratulations, son. Congratulations Amanda, Diego and Alissa on the great win. The Brazilian judiciary does justice. Something that was very painful, but the children had the victory that was Tom Veiga’s will, our beloved Tom Veiga, my love.” all lives. Justice was served. Congratulations to the children and Cristina and me as their mothers and the wish that everything is resolved,” he said.

It was so painful. Almost three years of suffering. Thank you God. The children are Tom Veiga’s true heirs. It couldn’t be otherwise. It was a very turbulent situation. Everyone listened to their audios. Tom spoke and recorded everything, and Brazilian justice was served. They, the children, are the heirs, and nothing is fairer than the natural heirs chosen by him. I cried a lot.

Veiga also sent Alessandra photos and audios in which he said that he was physically attacked by Cybelle. She was even named as a suspect in the poisoning, which was immediately denied.

“There was an investigation. The civil police themselves found that this did not exist. That was a sensational call. That didn’t exist, I wasn’t even in the house. There was no option, but in any case the civil police.” I have already confirmed this. I requested the exhumation of the body to prove my innocence, but not even his children believed in this hypothesis,” countered Cybelle in an interview with Fofocalizando in January this year.

The widow also spoke about the value of the inheritance left by Louro José’s interpreter, said to be worth R$1 million. In your opinion the value is higher. “That doesn’t match. I even have the entire federal income portion from his last return. I helped his children, his daughter, who will take care of the bureaucratic part. The amount does not match. That’s correct.” [maior]”, he defined.
