The long-awaited farewell to the megastar of the urban genre, Papa Yankee, has a new stage: The Puerto Rico Coliseum, confirmed a source in the Primera Hora. The artist is expected to make the announcement soon as there is already an agreement that the farewell on stage will be there next December.
These are the concerts that would replace the concerts originally announced for January 6th, 7th and 8th at Hiram Bithorn Stadium, which were canceled in November 2022 due to logistical issues.
Ayleen Piñeiro, director of Empresas Municipales de San Juan, reported that the stadium will close next September for renovations, a process estimated to take a year.
