Danny DeVito enjoyed a rare outing with his daughter Lucy DeVito as they arrived at the premiere of their new Broadway play “I Need That” in New York City on Thursday.
The 78-year-old Batman Returns star wore a black suit over a blue shirt at the event at the American Airlines Theater.
The actor, who recently confirmed plans for a Matilda reunion, teamed the outfit with black dress shoes and glasses.
Meanwhile, 40-year-old Lucy looked classy in a white and black sleeveless dress which she teamed with black heels.
The actress, who shares DeVito with wife Rhea Perlman, 75, wore her dark tresses parted to the side and cascaded down her back in light waves.

She wore delicate glamor for the occasion and accessorized her look with silver earrings.
Danny and Lucy play the leading roles as Sam and Amelia in Theresa Rebeck’s new comedy directed by Moritz von Stülpnagel.
“Sam doesn’t get out often.” “In fact, he doesn’t go out at all, opting instead for the safety of his home in the company of his things – his many, many things,” reads the official description of the Broadway show.
“But when a notice arrives from the government advising Sam that he must clean up his property or face eviction, he is forced to consider what is trash and what is treasure and whether we will ever know the difference between the two can recognize.”
Danny’s wife and Lucy’s mother Rhea were also in attendance, wearing a red and black silk top and black jumper.
The couple has been married since 1982.
She was pictured mingling with Tony Danza, 72, who wore a black blazer over a striped shirt.
The play also stars Ray Anthony Thomas as Foster.
Thomas, 66, wore a sharp pinstripe suit and baby blue button-up shirt to the event.

The play runs from November 2nd to December 30th.
