JACKY OH! Dr. will not face a criminal investigation into death caused by cosmetic surgery

DC Young Fly‘s partner Jacky Oh! died from complications from cosmetic surgery, but the doctor who operated on her will not be charged with a crime … TMZ has learned.
Miami police told TMZ that the medical examiner ruled Jacky’s death accidental and that homicide investigators would not pursue a criminal investigation.
As we reported … Jacky flew to Miami for cosmetic procedures back in May and was prescribed medication following the procedure. Then Jacky started having a headache, went back to the surgeon for a post-operative appointment, opted for a massage to ease her pain and was advised to change some of the pills she was taking.
Accordingly the ME reportThen Jacky began to “burn” in her head and had difficulty speaking. A family member called 911, but Jacky was unresponsive before first responders arrived, and she was eventually pronounced dead at a hospital.
The autopsy report noted that Jacky had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding in the skin around her torso.
In a now-deleted social media post before her death, Jacky said she was in Miami for a “mommy makeover” with Dr. Zachary Okhah.
Dr. Okhah released a statement shortly after Jacky’s death, although he did not address the situation directly…instead, he said his office “remains dedicated to the highest quality of medical care.”
The doctor added … “All aesthetic procedures are carried out in a hygienically safe environment in accordance with generally accepted medical standards.”
There were doubts whether anyone would be charged over Jacky’s death… but following the coroner’s findings, cops say that won’t happen.
