The Israeli army confirms attacks on Khan Younes
The Israeli army confirms that it attacked Khan Younes in the south of the Gaza Strip last night.
“During the night, the air force attacked the heart of the city of Khan Younes, destroying the military infrastructure where the terrorists operated, as well as the underground wells,” the army wrote on X (ex-Twitter).
They also claim to have carried out an attack on “a military contact point of the Hamas terrorist organization near a mosque in the south of the Gaza Strip.”

A French frigate shoots down two drones coming from Yemen in the Red Sea
A French frigate patrolling the Red Sea shot down two drones overnight that came from northern Yemen, an area under the control of Houthi rebels who are threatening to block traffic in this strategic area as part of the conflict between Israel and Hamas to disrupt the sea route.
“The interception and destruction of these two different threats” took place on the night of Saturday to Sunday, 110 kilometers from the Yemeni coast, near Hodeida, a port in northern Yemen that is under the control of the Houthi rebels the Army General Staff said in a press release.

Israel wants to “increase military pressure” in the Gaza Strip.
“We have to increase the pressure,” said his army chief Herzi Halevi on Saturday, reporting a growing number of “killed” Hamas fighters.
“Every day we see more and more terrorists being killed, more and more terrorists being injured, and in the last few days we are seeing terrorists surrendering. Airstrikes near Khan Yunis, Hamas says
