1,407 children killed or injured since the beginning of the war
“More than 1,407 children have been affected by Russian aggression in Ukraine. 465 were killed and more than 942 injured of varying degrees of severity,” the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine explained on Telegram.
Most of these miners were affected in the Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kiev regions. In addition, 3,126 educational institutions were bombed. 438 were completely destroyed.
3089 armored vehicles repaired in combat zones
Over the past year, repair teams have restored 3,089 Ukrainian armored vehicles directly in combat zones, including more than 1,500 heavy armored vehicles and the same number of light vehicles. Some devices have been repaired 5-6 times.

Three dead after bombing a “point of invincibility” in the Donetsk region
A Russian missile fell on a “point of invincibility” – a humanitarian center – in Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region last night.
Three women displaced from Bakhmout, Chasiv Yar and Opytne died under the rubble, according to the Attorney General’s Office. Two other people suffered more or less serious injuries.

US diplomacy does not rule out future negotiations on Ukraine’s borders
The head of American diplomacy, Antony Blinken, opened the door to possible negotiations on Ukraine’s outline, while reiterating that the decision will rest with the Ukrainians.
Speaking before a parliamentary committee in Washington, he reiterated that any possible peace with Russia must be “just and lasting,” that is, respecting the country’s independence and territorial integrity, but “however it is precisely defined on the ground, we expect Ukrainians to tell us”.
In doing so, he appeared to be approving of the fact that the Ukrainians would have a hard time regaining all of the territories annexed by Russia, especially Crimea. “I think there will be areas in Ukraine that Ukrainians will be determined to fight for on the ground and maybe areas that they decide they need to try to retake by other means.”

The EU is trying to find Ukrainian children kidnapped by Russia
The EU will organize a conference to find Ukrainian children kidnapped by the Russians and bring them back to their country, Ursula von der Leyen announced on Thursday evening. “In cooperation with the Ukrainians, (Polish) Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and I have launched an initiative to repatriate these children kidnapped by Russia. We will organize a conference for this (…) we want to exert international pressure so that all possible measures are taken to trace these children,” she said.
