Five years after the disappearance of Mélissa Blais, an investigation began Sunday morning in Yamachiche, Mauricie, in the Petite Rivière du Loup, for new information from a psychic.

Divers were there on Sunday morning. The search was over by 1 p.m.
In 2017, Mélissa Blais would have lost control of her vehicle while intoxicated, or would have taken the wrong path that would have led her to this place, according to this new hypothesis.
“Yesterday we checked the depth to see if there is anything that looked like a vehicle. We have found nothing. It’s pretty similar to what we found last year. We keep looking,” says Daniel Lamontagne, President of Divers of Hope.
As a reminder, Mélissa Blais was at the Les 2 Dés bar in Louiseville before she disappeared five years ago. At the time, the surveillance cameras were not working.
