While there was plenty of talent this season, a two-horse race ensued between Willow and Camden on Friday night, with 27-year-old Willow coolly racing to the finish line.

Denver-born Willow was a stoic standout this season, wowing audiences with her avant-garde outfits and performances while quietly battling a chronic illness, cystinosis.

When it came to recent performances, it was Willow who got the audience not just double-taped, but triple-taped with her original song titled I Hate People and various heads attached to her outfit.

As it turned out, people loved Willow and her many faces.

Set against a backdrop of ’90s house beats, Willow’s performance offered vibes of Madonna performing Vogue while hobbling her way through a circus horror house.

It was a stunning mic drop from the drag artist that produced some of the season’s best and most creative moments, including her bath routine “Self Care in Quarantine” to the tune of Enya’s Only Time.

Another highlight was Willow’s effortless lip-synching slay to Luther Vandross’ Never Too Much, of course in a ripped Courtney Love-inspired dress.

However, British-American Queen Lady Camden certainly snapped at Willow’s dainty heels as she also gave a stunning performance, showing off her ballet know-how, which was another standout this season.

Camden starred in her season highlight with the Freddie Mercury-inspired “I Fell Down,” which featured an epic wig reveal – and there was no doubt her dancing skills are at a particularly high level.

Though it felt tight during the final lip sync, RuPaul ultimately settled on Willow.

“I just want to thank my family and friends, and most importantly, I have to thank Kornbread’s ankles,” Willow joked as she accepted the scepter from RuPaul.

Kornbread was forced to retire early from competition after suffering an ankle injury, but has remained a close friend of Willow’s.

Fans of the popular show can now catch Willow and the runners-up on tour.
