Emily Blunt appeared to be in high spirits as she began filming with her husband John Krasinki on the set of their new film “Imaginary Friends” in Brooklyn Heights, New York on Monday.
The 40-year-old actress beamed as her husband John dressed up in a dinosaur costume to film a scene.
The 44-year-old American actor, who also directs the new fantasy comedy, embraced his inner child as he donned the costume for a trick-or-treat scene alongside Catharine Daddario, 30.
Meanwhile, Emily looked stylish as she wrapped up in a fashionable copper autumn coat.
To stay warm, she covered her blonde locks with a gray snood while attending the nighttime shoot.

Imaginary Friends is an upcoming American fantasy comedy film written, directed and co-produced by John.
It’s about a young girl who goes through a difficult experience and then begins to see all the imaginary friends left behind while her real friends grew up.
In addition to an all-star cast, the film also stars Ryan Reynolds, Matt Damon, Steve Carell and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
Deadpool star Ryan was also seen at the filming, cutting a dapper figure in a tweed waistcoat and blue and red checked tailored trousers.
The owner of Wrexham football club was seen on the steps of a house filming scenes alongside Cailey Fleming.
The pair were seen taking advice from John as he directed the pair in action shots.

After the SAG-AFTRA strike officially ended last Thursday, cast members are back to work.
The 118-day strike halted Hollywood productions in particular until the union reached a “tentative agreement” with the studios on Wednesday, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
John previously spoke about the film, which he is also co-producing, explaining, according to Deadline, “I had this idea for a movie about imaginary friends years ago.”
Steve Carrell previously spoke about joining the project and reuniting with his former Office co-star John in an interview with Entertainment Tonight last year.
“Well, I haven’t started working on the film with him yet, but I can’t wait,” he explained at the time.
The actor continued, “I expect nothing but joy and fun. “I mean, he’s the best and a great director.”
He humorously explained that he planned to have a lot of fun with Krasinski on set. “I’m going to put him through his paces, you know? I’ll make him work for it. “Maybe I’m one of those picky actors who doesn’t always agree or doesn’t come out of my trailer.”
No stranger to getting behind the camera, John has also directed successful films such as “A Quiet Place” (2018) and its sequel “A Quiet Place Part II” (2021).
The star is also directing the third installment in the series titled “A Quiet Place: Day One,” which is scheduled to hit theaters next year in June 2024.
