On last night’s episode, Moira was devastated to learn that Kyle was to be placed in a government children’s home.
She wondered if her marriage to Cain (Jeff Hordley) could survive as he clarified from prison that he blamed her for this turn of events.
On tonight’s episode, Moira was shocked to see Cain fresh out of prison.

Kyle is only 11 years old, and his birth in 2011 marked a big moment on the soap opera.
His mother, Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson), gave birth to him in Emmerdale Cemetary and left him in a phone booth wrapped in blankets, believing he was stillborn.
Luckily, the baby was found and taken to the hospital, where Eric and Val Pollard named him Kyle.
Viewers have seen Kyle grapple with guilt for accidentally killing Al following the businessman’s heated argument with Kyle’s father, Cain.

On Christmas Day, Cain’s brother Caleb visited him in prison – but their reunion was not well received.
Caleb was shocked to learn that her mother Faith had died only recently after being told she had died thirty years ago.
As anger boiled between the two siblings, Cain had to do whatever it took to keep Kyle’s secret.
