We look forward to Désobéir: Chantale Daigle’s choice, this series follows the lived story of Chantale Daigle, a young woman who really fought in court to have her right to abortion recognized in the late 1980s.
The episodes will be available on Crave on Wednesday March 8th, the symbolic date of International Women’s Day. You can also see the trailer here. And producer Sophie Lorain, along with leads Éléonore Loiselle (unrecognizable in her role as Chantale Daigle, as you can see here) and Antoine Pilon (who also changed her look for production purposes) will be speaking at Tout le world this Sunday, March 5th to give us a glimpse of this work that is bound to cause a stir.
Guy A. Lepage will also welcome Isabelle Boulay in anticipation of the release of her new album Les Chevals du Plaisir. Mikaël Kingsbury, a two-time gold medalist at the recent Freestyle World Ski Championships, and Sonia LeBel, Minister for Government Administration and Chair of the Treasury Board, which is currently the focus of public sector negotiations, will also take part in the discussion.
He will also speak with Guy Saint-Jacques, former Canadian Ambassador to China, and Richard Fadden, former Director of Canada’s Security Intelligence Agency, on the thorny issue of Chinese interference in the Canadian elections.
Last but not least, Sylvie Léonard, who finds her old accomplice Guy A. Lepage for a new episode of A guy, a girl (which we can finally see on Thursday 9 March on ICI Tou.tv Extra! ), will of course be there be. Furthermore, the press release announcing the content of the next edition of Tout le monde en parle, sent to the media on Friday, states that “Guy A. Lepage and Sylvie Léonard” will both be invited to the meeting. Since it would be surprising if Guy A. were interviewing himself, the jester of the week (whose identity is yet to be determined) improvises as moderator for the time of the chat at One Man, One Girl?
The show will be broadcast at 8pm on ICI Télé.
